An Opportunity to Develop a High-Grade Tin Project
Proven mining history and resources, Permitted to begin production, Stable jurisdiction
SBW:TSXVSBW:TSXV
1985 ITC bankruptcy - tin price collapsed.
1998 Mine closure: South Crofty was the last tin mine to close in Cornwall. Closure was due to the sustained low tin price.
2001 Baseresult Holdings took control, but hampered by moves to redevelop the mill and office site, and by ongoing reviews of the Mineral Planning Permissions.
2007 Western United Mines Ltd formed to own and operate the mine, with investment from Cassiterite LP, an investment division of Galena Asset Management.
2011 Celeste Copper entered project as a JV partner.
Conditional Surface planning consent granted by Cornwall Council.
2013 Conditional underground mining permission granted by Cornwall Council – valid until 2071.
Global downturn in commodities prices; inability to access funding for projects; project placed into administration.
2016 Strongbow acquires South Crofty and associated assets from administration.
NI 43-101 Resource Estimate published, Planning Permission conditions discharged and Surface planning implemented and valid until 2071, minewater treatment trials commence.
2017 Positive PEA published, water treatment trials completed and Mine Water Discharge Permit awarded by EA.

Independent Technical Report Published in April 2016 –P&E Mining Consultants
* Metal prices used for the SnEq resource estimate are US$8.50/lb Sn, US$2.75/lb Cu and US$0.90/lb Zn based on the approximate LME 2-year trailing averages at March 31, 2016. Process recovery assumptions are 88.5% for Sn, 85% for Cu and 70% for Zn. The SnEq% calculation includes metal price and recovery: SnEq% = Sn% + (0.311 x Cu%) + (0.084 x Zn%). For the Lower Mine Resource, only tin analyses are available, therefore only Sn% is reported. The April 2016 NI 43-101 Mineral Resource Estimate was calculated by P&E Mining Consultants Inc, of Brampton, Ontario. Mr. Eugene Puritch, P.Eng was the lead author, and is a Qualified Person as defined by NI 43-101.

SOUTH CROFTYMINING
• During 1980’s and 90’s, 70-80% of ore derived through this method (remainder from development and some shrinkage stoping).
• Main levels typically developed on 25fm (45m) intervals - generally two sublevels between main levels, 12-15m apart.
• Majority of development is “on lode” with footwall drives and drawpoints in waste on main levels only.
• Stope panels typically 60m wide along strike with raise access to sublevels.
• Minimum Mining Width – 1.2m
• Future operations will be the same but with ramp access to sublevels, where possible.

DEVELOPMENT
Traditional Drive Development
Handheld pneumatic drills used to develop 2.4m x 2.4m drifts and install roof support as required.
Trackless Development
Modern electric-hydraulic drill jumbos to develop 3.5m x 3.5m drifts in waste, 2.4m x 2.8m drifts in ore, plus install roof support.
SBW:TSXVSBW:TSXV
Traditional skid mounted “bar and arm” pneumatic longhole rigs for production blast hole and cable bolt drilling, replaced by pneumatic or hydraulic drills mounted on trackless mobile carriers.
STOPE DRILLING
SBW:TSXVSBW:TSXV
MUCKING & HAULING
Traditional Tracked Operations
Pneumatic overhead loaders mucking from the face and drawpoints into side tipping wagons, hauled by electric locos to ore and waste passes.
Future Trackless Operations
Diesel or battery powered load haul dump vehicles mucking from the face or drawpoints and hauling directly to nearby ore and waste passes.
