A confirmation letter will be sent two weeks before class commencement
Cancellation / Refund Policy:Cancellation or rescheduling must be made at least 10 business days prior to start of the course to avoid a 50% billing fee to attendee. A one-day cancellation notification or non-attendance will result in full billing. Agilent reserves the right to cancel any course 10 business days prior where minimum enrollment is not met. The purchase of non-refundable airline tickets is NOT recommended due to possible class cancellations.
Rescheduling Policy: In the event that a paying attendee must reschedule a registered course (rescheduling will include substitution by another person), he/she must notify Agilent Technologies at least 10 working days before class commencement. Efforts will be made to place the attendee in the next available class.
For attendees taking the complimentary course, less than 10 working days of notice for rescheduling is not allowed and will result in the complimentary training being forfeited.
Class Times • Registration begins at 9.00am on the first day of class. • Class runs from 9.00am to 4.00pm each day.

How is an “On-Demand” course organized?
We will need a minimum number of participants before we can schedule and start a class.
When we receive an On-Demand course request, the request will be placed on a waiting list. We will monitor the requests for the course and reach out to customers who may also be interested so that a minimum number may be fulfilled quickly to start the course. In the situation that a course is unable to start, we will inform you and provide alternative training options.
On-Demand courses are subject to the availability of instruments, instructors and minimum number of participants.
