Sourcing Analyst

We are growing and looking for Sourcing Analysts to join our Supply Management team. Overview You will work closely with Sourcing Managers on procurement and sourcing related projects to:

• Administer complex procurements by analyzing supplier proposals and rate/bid forms and coordinating evaluation team assessments

• Performs activities which include analyzing critical procurement data and market research. • Investigates and supports activities/projects as required by the Sourcing Team to complete the

procurement process. Key Responsibilities include: RFP Planning:

• Participating in the planning stage by conducting market research • Providing input to developing sourcing strategies and procurement plans

RFP development & evaluation including:

• Working with Sourcing Lead to document the specifications • Preparing documents

RFP evaluation, analysis of proponents’ responses, including:

• Financial submissions • Compilation of all evaluation scores

Do you have what it takes? You’re a self-motivated, results-driven, resourceful and versatile procurement professional with:

• Demonstrated understanding of Request for Proposals, contracts and pricing terms and conditions

• Expert data-driven business analysis skills in validating and analyzing complex data to support sourcing, procurement and contract administration

• Well-honed research skills with strong attention to detail • Exceptional time management skills with the ability to multi task to support the Sourcing Manager,

Business Relationship Manager, and Contract Specialist • Strong negotiating skills in working with supplier partners • Superb relationship building skills with customers and suppliers • Above average proficiency in the MS Office Suite, in particular Advanced Excel, and
