A recognized worldwide standard sterile medium designed for isolating human lymphocytes for in vitro studies. Ficoll-Paque® PLUS and Ficoll-Paque® PREMIUM

• Sterile, ready-to-use reagents for in vitro isolation of lymphocytes from human peripheral blood.

• Ficoll-Paque® reagents are designed to prepare human mononuclear cells from peripheral blood, bone marrow, and umbilical cord blood via density gradient centrifugation. These sterile density media have established a proven record of isolating high yields of mononuclear cells. Both Ficoll-Paque® PLUS and PREMIUM media exhibit consistently low endotoxin levels.

• Ficoll-Paque® PREMIUM products are based on Ficoll-Paque® PLUS which has been used for more than 30 years as a sterile density medium for the isolation of high yields of mononuclear cells from bone marrow, peripheral blood, and cord blood. • Composed of colloidal silica coated with polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP), which gives low osmolality and low viscosity.

TOMY Autoclave on Special The Tomy SX-700E is a 79 litre toploading autoclave that requires no special plumbing and can run off a 240V 50Hz 15 amp supply. With a maximum sterilization temperature of 135°C, the unit can easily perform viral inactivation and is ideal for liquid/media sterilisation as well as heating and warming applications.
