This scrumptious Pumpkin Spice Protein Shake recipe is a great and easyway to start a fall morning or after a good workout. Who says eating wellhad to taste bad? Not us!

1 cup unsweetened almond milk1/2 cup pumpkin purée1 tsp honey (agave nectar, or sweetener of choice)1 scoop SoTru Vanilla Chai Protein Powder1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice1 bananas (medium)6 ice cubes

Directions – Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Top with chia seedsor pumpkin seeds.
