HOW TO BECAME A FAIRTRADE SCHOOL ?

1. BUILD AN OFFICIAL TEAM

• Most important part : students and teacher

• Support of schoolmistress

• More involved person

• Meetings are important with documentation

2. PLAN FOR OUR WORK

1. Fair Trade in class (R.E., home economics )for preparation

2. Fair Trade Day (information from students for students) Foyer (movies, pictures, posters)

3. Offer products at our school School Bistro (Fair Trade bars)

3. SELL AND CONSUMPTION OF FAIRTRADE PRODUCTS

• Minimum of 2 products should be accessible to students and teachers

• Present of proof from sale of products

• The sale of Fair Trade products must not date back more than a year before the time of application

4. FAIRTRADE IN SCHOOL LESSON

• at least two grade levels have two different subjects to the topic Fair Trade in the class

• teaching and documentation about Fair Trade

5. SCHOOL ACTIVITY TO THE TOPIC FAIRTRADE

• Organize once during the school year a school campaign about Fair Trade

• Written documentation • Documentation (photos, videos)
