ANY USE, SALE, CONVEYANCE, DISTRIBUTION OR MANUFACTURING OF PRODUCTS RELYING IN WHOLE OR IN PART ON THIS OPEN SOURCE PLAN MUST FIRST BE INSPECTED AND APPROVED BY ALL APPLICABLE GOVERNMENTAL AUTHORITIES HAVING JURISDICTION AND OVERSIGHT OVER SUCH PRODUCTS.
