INTRODUCTION
Determine of water content is amount of water content in an object.
Benefits of water content :1. Avoid spoilage during storage or during shipment.2. Improve the quality and durability.
FORMULA DETERMINE OFWATER CONTENT

PROCEDURS
1. Prepare porcelain cup is dry and clean. Heat in an oven at a temperature of 100°c - 105°c for 15 minutes, pull out and chill in the air for 5 minutes. Then enter in an exicator for 15 minutes and immediately note of weight the porcelain cup.
2. Repeat the first step, until get weight constant the porcelain cup and note of weight constant the porcelain cup.
4. Enter in the oven at the temperature 105°c for 3 hours. pull out and chill in the air for 5 minutes. Then enter in an exicator for 15 minutes, immediately weigh.
5. Repeat warm, cool and weight until obtain heavy constant.
6. Count amount of water content in corn.
