Sealed quotations are invited from bonafide vendors/ distributors /library book suppliersfor 'Sonamukhi College Central Library' under the following terms and conditions.The detailed department-wise list of books is available in Annexure-I.

General Terms & Conditions (Where applicable)

1. Quotations must be submitted along with copy of PAN valid trade license, valid VATand Service Tax Registration(s).

2. The sealed quotation must be submitted to the college office by speed postlcourier/Regd.Post or by hand delivery within 15 days from the date of issue of this notice.

3. Last date for receipt of quotation :' 0110~/!lCI1upto 3.00 PM4. Date of opening of sealed Tenders on 01/0812.0l't at 3.30 PM5. The Authority has every right to accept or reject partially or fully any quotation without

showing any reason. Other than college personnel concerned with purchase shall not beallowed to be present at the time of opening of tender or quotations.

6. The details lists of books along with necessary information see overleaf. (Annexure -1)7. The delivery conditions should also be mentioned clearly.8. Replacement policy should also be mentioned clearly.9. All payment shall be done through NC Payee cheque of SBI, Sonamukhi after

satisfactory verification by the college authority.10. The authority has full right to purchase any/all item(s) from the vendors/ distributors

/library book suppliers even after the invitation of quotation and comparison of rates.Authority has every right to select from the mentioned items in Annexure 1 to purchase.
