1. PRE-SCHOOL / YEAR 1, 2 & 3 CHRISTMAS PERFORMANCE – ‘A MIDWIFE CRISIS’

I am sure you will all agree the children performed like true stars in their performance of ‘A Midwife

Crisis’. The dress rehearsal to Key Stage 2 and other members of the community on Monday was

perfect and we wondered if they had peaked too soon, but they gave another two fantastic

performances on Tuesday and Wednesday afternoon to full audiences. All the hard work, learning

lines, songs and where to stand on the stage was worthwhile to give everyone who watched it a very

warm, festive type glow.

Thank you to everyone involved and thank you to SHASA for providing the seasonal refreshments.

2. PARENT MAIL

We are now using ParentMail for all our electronic communication. If you are not receiving messages

via ParentMail please contact the school office as soon as possible to enable us to resolve the

matter.

We highly recommend you download the free ‘Parentmail’ App to your smart phones and if you

turn on notifications you will then always get an alert to advise you of school communication.

This is a great system and if everyone downloads the app it should be a successful way of

communicating with you all for the future. Thank you.

3. NATIVITY PHOTO

This week a photographer from the Wiltshire Gazette & Herald took a photograph of the children in

their Nativity costumes, this photo will be printed in next week’s edition – Thursday 21st December

2017.
