INGREDIENTS:

Some leaves of ramsons (wild garlic)2 tablespoons of cottage cheese1 tablespoon of sour creama pinch of salt2 cherry tomatoes2 slices of breadChop the ramsons into small pieces. Put the ingredients in a bowl and mix it all together. Make some toast. Cover the toast with the cottage cheese mixture.Finally chop the tomatoes and put the slices on top of the toast. 150 g chicken breast filleta bowl of mixed salad (iceberg lettuce, raddichio, ruccola, frisee and leek)2 tablespoons of yoghurt, a little mayonnaise, a little sugara little lemon juicesalt and peppera little oilCut the washed meat into cubes, sauté the meat in boiling oil with some salt and pepper in a saucepan.Put the yoghurt, the mayonnaise, the sugar and the lemon juice into a bowl and mix them. Put the salad into the sauce. Serve it with the roasted chicken cubes. Enjoy your meal.
