Candidates must carry one copy of the printed Acknowledgement Slip along with the relevant documents as mentioned below for final

admission:

Original Leaving Certificate with two attested copies from the last institution, Original HSC Mark-sheets along with three attested copies,

Two attested copies of SSC Mark-sheet, two passport size photographs

An Information Registration form towards enrolment/eligibility is to be compulsorily filled on the University of Mumbai online site –

http://mum.digitaluniversity.ac and the print out of the form is to be submitted at the time of admission along with the other documents.

Outside candidates admitted through Minority quota - In addition to the above-mentioned documents, will also submit a school leaving

certificate showing their mother tongue as Gujarati/ an affidavit on a non-judicial stamp paper / a certificate from your community (only if

registered) on their letter-head.

For Reserved Category students: Caste Certificate Original & attested Xerox copy, Income certificate for the year 2011-2012,(For

Freeship students Form No.16 and for Scholarship Students Income Certificate issued by the Tehsildar), Ration Card Xerox copy,

District Change Certificate - if applicable, Non-creamy layer certificate ONLY for SBC/NT/OBC FREESHIP. Certificate for Physically

Handicapped (wherever applicable)

For Candidate from Foreign National - Original Transfer Certificate with two attested copies, Original Statement of Marks along with
