system runs from a workstation PC, allowing

each hardware configuration to be unique.

A central relational database (using Oracle, MySQL or SQL Server) can be created on a Server that resides locally (LAN) or on a Server that can be accessed over the web (WAN); with MySQL and Oracle residing on MS servers or on Linux.

This enables the systems to be managed remotely; user configuration and rights settings, remote signing, accessing results and producing reports and centralisation of other administrative tasks. With

Each workstation can be configured with a Fault Tolerant database in case t h e s e r v e r b e c o m e s disconnected data is stored locally and recovered once the server is restored.
