Urgent and Emergent Point of Care ReferralsWhen deployed at an urgent or emergent point of care, discharged patients can be quickly and easily matched to a primary care, specialty care, therapy, or rehabilitation practice to en-sure patient adherence and full clinical coordination across an episode of care. Patients are matched with the best and most appropriate physician, and Fibroblast’s secure messaging functionality allows clinicians and staff to communicate and send patient records and notes.
