Lead the way in telehandler evolution
The inal chapter in the story o telehandler evolution may never be written.
Your customers want higher speed, more precision, and better controllability.
They expect all-unction joystick control, powerul propel systems, and a
high level o operator comort and saety. You need to constantly adapt to
market and technology changes in order to provide the most competitive
solution to the challenges your customers ace.
Rely on Sauer-Danoss. Our portolio includes advanced and sae work
unction systems, high-quality proportional valves and HIC/cartridge valves,
as well as hydrostatic propel solutions that secure ast and eective machine
perormance. We also provide state-o-the-art electronic control o both
open- and closed-circuit hydraulic systems. Sauer-Danoss will enable you to
lead the way in telehandler evolution.

Guidance and expert knowledge
Sauer-Danfoss takes a systematic approach to machine design and
is able to fully document every system solution project.
en to new ideas and new ways of doing things, Sauer-Danfoss system
gineers design tomorrow's vehicle systems.

Using fast, effective calcu-
lation tools, we are able to
test machine performance
and energy usage in any
possible way, thereby sav-
ing time and costs for our
customers.
PLUS+1 is a development system that enables you to customize
machine control with the performance, operating, and service
functions you need.
Frontiermentality
Sauer-Danoss takes a comprehensive, systematic approach to machine
development. Able to redesign the complete electrical and hydraulic
system architecture on existing machinery, we ind smarter solutions or
tomorrow's advanced vehicle applications.
Our expert engineers have access to state-o-the-art technology and test
acilities and they share an important quality: Frontier mentality. Open to
new ideas, they will assist you through all the stages o a given system
development project.
Projectinitiation
During the initiation phase we not only listen careully to your goals.
We also challenge existing views and come up with alternative ideas.
We need to make sure that the end-result your vehicle system will be
technologically reliable and economically easible; or you and the end-
user. That is our job and it starts long beore any talk about inal project
speciications. The initiation phase is important. Choose Sauer-Danoss,
i you want an active partner on board rom the beginning.

At our large on-site test-track we can test vehicle system perfor-
mance in any possible situation.
Drawing on the strength of a global organization, Sauer-Danfoss
provides you with resources, support, and service on a local basis.
Customizedmachinecontrolmadeeasy
I you are looking or a tool that will allow you to rapidly develop a
customized vehicle control system, you have come to the right place.
PLUS1 the new Sauer-Danoss operating system network combines
machine controls and electronic diagnostics in an integrated operating
network that connects the interactive control o pumps, motors, joysticks,
inverters, and sensors. The system enables you to select rom an array o
microcontrollers, I/O modules, displays, joysticks, and sotware to easily and
quickly customize machine operation. PLUS1 is system customization
made easy.
Selecting,testing,documenting
A new vehicle system is not released when we believe it will perorm
the way it is supposed to. It is released when we know it will. We select
components that we know are compatible, then we carry out a system
FMEA. We install the components in a prototype, then we carry out a
system perormance analysis and real-lie work condition tests at our
on-site test-track or yours. We make a inal review, then we hand over the
documentation. That is the way we do it selecting, testing, documenting.

Out o s ight, out o mind, goes a popular saying. That is not the
Sauer-Danoss way. True, we are serious about guiding, developing, testing,
and delivering, but we are serious about ater sales service too. With
more than 25 sales companies worldwide, local engineering expertise on
all continents, and over 200 distributors around the globe, we are able
to provide you with the ater sales service you need, where you need it.
And we will.
PLUS+1 microcontrollers and I/O modules are available in three
housing sizes and nine total I/O configurations for multiple control
options and design flexibility.
