Weprovidemillingandgrindingof spurgear systemswithstraight and helical teeth from module 1 to module 10, with the maximum external diameter of the wheel of 400 mm.

Wemanufacture gear toothing as spare parts for gear-boxes, or through the supplies of gearwheels, pinions, toothedshafts,ringgearswithtoothingsurfacetreatmentby case-hardening (nitridation), quenching. These spareparts are intended for various industries. The attained degreeofprecisionofthetoothingisdocumentedbypro-tocolsfromourownWENZELmeasuringcentre.Wealsooffermachiningofcastpieces,weldments,forgedpieces,andshaftcomponents.
