It is designed for both resource and project managers and for line managers and employees to maintain assignment data.
It is part of the SAP for Professional Services solution portfolio to drive optimization for revenue and profitability and is also integrated with the SAP Portfolio and Project Management application and project system (PS) (Web request). The planning board offers a real-time view – similar to a Gantt chart – of resources and project assignments. A drag-and-drop feature lets you update project details, see the impact on downstream projects, and alter plans.
