1. Project Size:The Proposed project is of 1.0 MW capacity.

2. Project Location:

The Project will be located in our Solar Park spread across 500 Acres of Land

situated in Gajner, Bikaner,

Rajasthan. 4 Acres of project land will be transferred in your name.

3. Project Generation:

The annual generation from Proposed 1 MW Solar PV Plant is 16.50 lac units perannum per MW at 100% grid availability, with a degradation of 1% every year.

4. Generation Guarantees:

The generation estimated above is guaranteed for 25 years against the Bank

Guarantee provided by Solaris Power Experts calculated at 10% of the Guaranteed

Generation per year multiplied by average sale of power, if operation and

maintenance scope is awarded to us.

5. Operation & MaintenanceThe Project will be operated and maintained by Solaris Experts for 25 years.

All Project Plant and Machinery is guaranteed for 25 years. Complete repairs,

replacements along with spares, maintenance, security etc. will be taken care by us

at our costs.

The Investor is only liable to pay annual O&M charges @ Rs. 7.0 Lacs per MW per

annum escalating at 5% per annum.

6. Completion period

Within 4 months from commercially clear order, subject to opening of L/C for

modules within 1 month from the order date.

7. Our Steps towards Higher Generation

We will provide seasonal tilt for higher generation output from the plant. This will

increase the Generation by over 6% from the expected generation.

8. Government Approvals & Clearances

We shall take responsibility in getting all Government Approvals and Clearances

required for the project. The official fees towards the several approvals shall be

extra.

9. Power Evacuation System:

The Power will be evacuated at 33 KV overhead Transmission Line up to nearest

Government Substation.

10. Project Cost:

The Project Cost for complete design, engineering, erection, Land Acquisition and

Power Evacuation for Proposed 1 MW Solar PV Plant is Rs. 625.00 Lakhs.
