RedEarth have developed a range of Solar Smoothing solutions. Solar Smoothing is a special feature of
Battery Energy Storage systems where the AC Output from the BESS slowly ramps up and down over a set
period. On cloudy days sudden transitions in AC Power output from PV inverters can cause instability in small
micro-grids. RedEarth Solution slowly ramps the PV inverters output slowly up and down at a set rate.
