UPCOMING TRAINING

When most of the industry players are tapping the massive growth of solar farm and grid tie system, the trainer chose to follow the root cause of energy poverty by innovating in solar applications and installation procedures. As a strong believer in social entrepreneurship, the trainer is actively promoting solar technology to provide needs of electricity for the developing countries. With more than 60 solar projects completion including rural, agricultural, resort and commercial in Southeast Asia including Malaysia, Indonesia and Myanmar, his company is implementing cross-subsidisation model where profit from commercial projects are channelled to subsidize social initiatives. Almost 700 direct beneficiaries are gaining positive impacts through these initiatives. The Trainer is active in many solar and green technology events worldwide. His company has projects in Indonesia, Thailand, Myanmar, Saudi Arabia and the Philippines. The projects that he has completed in Malaysia include the smart solar toilet for UKM, 10kW grid tie rectification for UIA, solar power-assisted buggy for Penang Hill, solar auto lighting for Felcra, village street lights for a government project, solar light for a food manufacturer’s factory compound, solar power for a mosque in Sabah, solar fertigation system for the Agricultural Department, a solar-powered chalet in Langkawi, and solar-powered layby for Guthrie Highway, among others.
