Our All Souls’ novena begins on Sunday, November 3rd. Novena

intentions will be placed on the altar for 9 days, until November 11th.

Envelopes will be available at the entrance of the Parish as well as

in the Parish office.

Sunday, November 3rd All Souls Day Novena

The Catholic Church dedicates the entire month of November to pray for the souls of the

faithful departed, especially those whom we have known and loved. This year St. Augustine will dedicate this November in remembrance of our beloved and faithful parishioners

departed during 2018 by creating the Wall of Remembrance of the Dead.

We are inviting parishioners to join us in expressing their continued love by sharing a picture frame of their beloved to be displayed from November 2nd, All Souls Day’s mass,

through the Feast of Christ the King, November 24th. These picture frames will be collected beginning next Monday, October 21st. The Wall of Remembrance of the Dead will be set

in an area within our church for easy access to all family, friends and parishioners. Through this Wall we wish to honor, with great respect, the memory of the dead of our parish. We believe that the ties of friendship and affection, which knit us as one throughout our lives, do not unravel with death. You may contact the office for further information at 305-661-1648.

Again this year, we are seeking to provide a Toiletry Gift Bag to 500 of our brothers and sisters in need. A tax-deductible donation of just $6.75 per Gift Bag or $20 which will provide three (3) people who are down on their luck with an oasis on the streets of Miami this Holiday Season. Any excess proceeds received from this appeal will be used to help those in need of financial assistance.
