Software license agreement

This is a legal agreement between you, the end user, and the author of the software. Once you install/use TuneECU Software you shall be deemed to have agreed to all terms and conditions described in this document.

Disclaimer of Warranties THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED BY THE AUTHOR "AS IS" AND ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE DISCLAIMED.

Limitation of Liability The use of this software could invalidate your warranty.
