Do the following steps to see the issue:

1) Select Spa/Beauty from the top menu.

2) Remove the selected Spa/Beauty Category from left panel.

3) Now it shows you all products and all the categories. Then click on

Sort by Name or Price.

4) You will see that the products are not sorted and Spa/Beauty

Category comes back as selection automatically, even though it wasnot selected.

5) Now again sort by Name, then sort by price, then change items

displayed on page to 48 etc.

6) See the breadcrums now.
