Introduction on functions of “D” control system Progress Display The main display window of the control panel shows “000” without setup. Press the “clean” button, the “auto” button, or the “manual” button, the main display window of the control panel will show the machine is in the process of making ice cream.

Counting function Under “power on” situation, if the handle is pressed down and ice cream is made out of the equipment, the system begins to count while the display window of the control panel will show the number. The number follows the time the handle is pressed down. If the handle is pressed down without stop, the number keeps no change.

User can see the number from the main display window of control panel if the handled is pressed down.

The number can be reset if the power is turned off.

The number can’t be saved if the electricity is cut off. Counting display: the example is “355”, as the chart shows:


Function of making ice cream in a single cylinder It can work with one singer cylinder. When the machine is ready to work, keep one cylinder dry and with beater or not. Then fill the other cylinder with the mix. Thus users can make ice cream with one single cylinder.

Protection Display The control system of this model has the following functions: high-voltage protection, low-voltage protection, freezing cylinder protection, and over-current alarm. When the machine is under protection, the “auto” button, “manual” button, “clean” button, and making ice cream function is locked while the alarm is made. At the mean time, the lights of “cleaning”, “making” and “low level indicator” will flash continuously. Unlock the locked functions. Press the “stop” button or move the emergency switch into “off” and move it into “on” again. Hardness Adjustment The value of stiffness can be adjusted between 1 and 8 if the “+” button is pressed. The value will decrease if the “-“ is pressed. The value will show “3” without setup, showed by the following chart:

Low level Indicate

When the mix runs out, the “low lever indicator” light will flash continuously,

and the buzzer will buzz continually.
