A social networking site is an online place where a user can create a profile and build a personal network that connects him or her to

other users.

the sites and share personal information which can be potentially damaging and put them at risk.

• Users engage in online aggression assuming that they are “anonymous”.

• Users join inappropriate or dangerous on-line communities exposing themselves to danger.

• It can become a time consuming distraction
