What does the term MENTAL HEALTH mean?
Here in North America, “Mental Health” refers the state of your psychological, emotional, and sometimes neurological well being.
The word “mental” is NOT a replacement for words like “crazy” or “dumb”.
‘WITHOUT MENTAL HEALTH THERE IS NO HEALTH’
Let’s think about how HEALTH is an integrated concept, everything is connected.
