4.Apply at the Chamber of Commerce or at the respective Corporation for a statement of the financial resources parameters in order to undertake the job (equal to 5.061.68 € for the year 2007).

Domestic workers attend only to their employers’ housekeeping (general servants; waiters, cooks, nurse-maids; house maids etc.)

Employers can take on domestic workers directly.If the domestic worker is an alien, the employer must submit at a Post Office a work authorization in order to obtain a subordinated work permit. Besides, he has to send the RESIDENCE AGREEMENT(by Return registerd letter)to the Sportello Unico before of his/her coming to Italy(in compliance with Flows’ Decree).

The pregnant immigrant, in this case, has the right to submit at the Police Headquarters(QUESTURA) a residence permit request for pregnancy, with her

personal data, the address, 6 passport size photographs, a 14,62 euros revenue stamp and a pregnancy certification-issued by the Local Health Center( ASL) -

stating the presumably date of the bitrth.. Once obtained the residence permit the alien can register herself to the National Health Service in order to be exempted from

4. Two witnesses with valid identity documents (in case of aliens, with a regular residence permit);

5. For a catholic wedding is needed a permit issued by the Parish.

Each citizen who is not yet married can apply for a marriage request .Minors aged 16 to 18 must be previously authorized from the Juvenile

Court .Application form must be submitted at the weddings’ dept.in the Town hall.
