Client Criteria for After Release Service from MOSA
• man/woman older than 18 years old• has concluded and been released from correctional facilities after serving the length of
their sentence• unaccepted/marginalised by their family and society• found difficulty getting a gainful/permanent job; and,• plays a role as the head of the household/breadwinner of the household but could not fulfil
its roles and functions due to his/her status as ex-inmate
• Exceptions at City/Provincial level -> Public – private partnership
