Feature overview

• Hassle free registration and login - Shorten the registration process by allowing your customers to register

and login to your web store using their existing social media login credentials for Facebook, Twitter or

Google+.

• Gather rich profile information - Get access to information rich customer profiles on social media platforms

when they register/login to the web store using social media login credentials.

• Multiple login credentials - Give your customers the option to use different social media login each time.

Validations are in place to recognize the customer even if he uses different logins on different occasions and

display his relevant account information.

The CSR can activate the social media logins for Facebook, Twitter and Google+ at the channel level via the Manager Panel. The relevant activation credentials for each of the social media platforms can be acquired from those social media platforms.Please note that to activate social media login, you should have enabled ‘Auto Approval on Registration’ for your web store channel.

A customer can login to the web store using either his web store login, Facebook, Twitter or Google+ credentials. If he chooses to login using his web store login once and a social media account the second time, or two different social media accounts on two different occasions, validations are in place to recognize the user and display relevant information.
