Veel vacatures missen sociale media en contactgegevens

Maar één bedrijf in de top 100 favoriete werkgevers heeft een link naar sociale media opgenomen in hun online vacature; namelijk TNT. Bij ruim driekwart van de vacatures ontbreekt zelfs het e-mailadres van de werkgever. Dit blijkt uit onderzoek van Campaign Group.

Ondanks alle aandacht voor sociale media blijken er nog maar weinig werkgevers die hier gebruik van maken in hun vacatureteksten.

TNT blijkt dan ook het enige bedrijf in de top 100 favoriete werkgevers die in de vacaturetekst een verwijzing heeft opgenomen naar de sociale media kanalen die zij inzetten voor werving.

Contactgegevens

In de onderzochte vacatures is in 47 procent van de gevallen geen contactpersoon genoemd, mist 51 procent van de vacatures een telefoonnummer en ontbreekt bij zelfs 76 procent het e-mailadres.

Volgens Campaign Group zijn kandidaten die geen vraag kunnen stellen naar aanleiding van een vacature sneller geneigd om af te haken.

"Het is dus cruciaal om deze informatie te verwerken in je vacaturetekst. Met verwijzingen naar de sociale media kanalen kan een werkgever zich vervolgens echt onderscheiden", aldus de onderzoekers.
