Methodology

Prepared a questionnaire asking the users information about their laptop and their usage of social media pages and collected around 100 resposesViewed various pages of dell and other laptop brands on social media. Analysed the number of likes and comments.Did an analysis of the kind of problems people refer to on social media through the comments on facebook, twitter and instagram.
