Initially the scene kicks off with a mother being separated
from her young son portrayed through a long shot. The boy
is than placed within his seat alongside the other
candidates who are yet to arrive, shot through an
establishing shot.

The boy is than starting to panic of why he is here, and why
he has been separated from his mother through a close up.
The close up will show him in distress. Followed by the
candidates being pushed into the room via a point of view
shot of the child. They are then placed onto the seats
nearby.

The invigilator soon enters the hall shown by an
establishing shot. Allowing a moment of silence for the
candidates to face reality of the situation, each candidates
facial expression is shown by a close up shot, one after
another.
The door is then shut, causes a loud sound which scares
only 2 candidates, but not all.

The invigilator then hands out paper to each and every
candidate, making no eye contact at all whatsoever. Shown
by a point of view shot. The invigilator then heads back to
collect equipment such as pencils, scissors and some rulers.

*
He then heads back to each candidate giving them each of
them equipment, shown through a long shot from behind
the candidates.

The invigilator stands in front of the
candidates, not speaking a word soon until a
voice is heard through speakers outlining the
rules of the exam portrayed by an establishing
shot. Once the voice ends, the invigilator asks
the candidates a rhetorical question of ‘What
makes you happy?’

*
The candidates then wonder of what could possibly be the
purpose of the exam as there are only numbers on the
paper shown by a point of view shot., (all candidates are
confused).

*
They then take a good look at the paper and see
the paper is full of numbers shown by a point of
view shot.

*
Each candidate gets started, shown by a panning
shot. One candidate writes the word money on
the paper in a way the numbers are joint.
Though it is not the correct combination.

However one candidate, the young boy, seems to
combine the dots to make a picture similar to a
snowflake.
