It’s scientific name is Panthera Uncia.The
Snow Leopard weighs up to 72 pounds and can
grow up to 3.8 feet as an adult.Their color
is a smoky gray and a light black.They are
covered with fur.
HabitatThey live in the mountain ranges of Central and South Asia.
They travel alone. They walk on their
feet. Snow Leopards migrate seasonally.
FoodSnow leopards are carnivores. They eat animals three times their size.
ProtectionSnow Leopards use their claws, teeth, and camouflage to protect themselves.
Unique things about them 1. They are called cubs when young.2. They hunt for animals three times their size.3. They are born blind4. Their tails are almost as long as they are5. They may live up to 21 years of age
