Industries
SNEYDERS manufactures filling and capping machines for liquid and viscous products. Its machines are used in the chemical industries like household products, bleach, oils, personal health care as well as in liquid food industries such as sauces, vinegar, juices, vegetable oils. The range of machines starts with semi automatic fillers and cappers and ends with linear filling machines and one head capping machines.

History
SNEYDERS has been established in 1987 by Peter Sneyders. As son of an entrepreneur active in the production and packaging of chemicals, he understood quite early the essence of high quality filling machines. Listening to customer needs and bringing quality solutions with proven efficiency was and remains the core value of SNEYDERS machine developments. SNEYDERS has been integrated in SEAMCO NV in 2012, providing the SNEYDERS activity with an increased access to customers and ensuring a solid service organisation towards customers.

SCALDIS FILLER SCALDIS CAPPER
Each product has its own characteristic and requires a different handling. Our clients also all have different philosophies about filling and especially about cleaning. SNEYDERS believes both flow meter dosing and piston dosing have their advantages. The Scaldis comes with either flow meters, gear pumps or pistons.
The Scaldis C is a single head capper which can be equip-ped with either starwheels or clamps.
All movements are driven by separate servo motors which ensures:
• Smooth transfer in starwheel with adapted speeds for each format - without splashing• Flexibility in number of pockets in starwheels• Torque adjustment during operation• Large range of bottle formats• Increased capacity
With an adapted starwheel, the machine can also handle toilet duck bottles.

TIGRIS FILLER TIGRIS CAPPER
The Tigris F/P filler is the entry filling machine of the SNEYDERS automatic fillers range and is geared towards a maximum of flexibility. It can be equipped with one up to three filling heads. Being a full automatic filler, the machine can also be built as a semi automatic machine with the option to convert it to a full automatic machine afterwards. A small brother of the Scaldis machine, it is also equipped with safeguards to ensure accuracy and smooth operation. Capacity up to 1.800 bph, accuracy of up to 0,2%.

The Tigris C capper is a very versatile one head capper with servo drives. The machine can handle both small bot-tles as well as 20 litres jerry cans. Bottles are positioned with clamps under the capping head which are easily ex-changed. Capping heights are memorized in the PLC for easy change over. Capacities of up to 1.800 bph.

AMAZON LINE WISLA FILLER/CAPPER
The Amazon line fills and caps large volume containers between 5 and 30 litres at speeds up to 500 bph. Equipped with either scales or flow meters, the Amazon inline filler guarantees an accurate and precise filling without dripping. The choice of capper (Scaldis or Tigris) will be determined by the product mix which needs to be run on this line as well on the required capacities.
A combination of filler and capper into one monobloc. The Wisla is built on the basis of the Scaldis C and integrates up to three filling heads in the same construction. Dosing can be done by either flow meters, pistons or gear pumps. The Wisla offers great flexibility and is aimed for filling and capping of smaller volumes (up to 500 ml). It is mainly used in the cosmetic and personal health care industry.

SEMI AUTOMATIC MACHINES CONVEYORS, INFEED AND ACCUMULATION TABLES
The semi automatic filler is an off-line one head filler which suits perfectly for small series. Its versatile use and its flexibilty make it an easy tool for starters as well as for larger companies keeping their automatic lines for larger production runs.
With the semi automatic capper, caps are snapped on the bottle by an operator who positions the bottle with cap under the screwing head. Screwing torque can be adjusted by changing compressed air supply.
