Snap2Door is a Mobile application that allows its users to print their photographs in

different sizes and on variety of bases.

It allows the users to upload their pictures from Mobile phone gallery and almost all

online sources / social websites like FB, Instagram, Google+, Picasa, Dropbox etc.

It allows users to print pictures in 4 easy steps:

o Choose Pictures

o Add printing requirement

o Ad shipping details

o Pay

It also allows its customers to use various payments mode like- Debit card, Credit card,

Paytm, Net Banking and CASH ON DELIVERY (only in India right now).

Snap2door provides Photo Prints, Posters, Collages & plan to add more gifting products

soon.

All our orders are shipped within 24 hrs from our end to our users.

Personalization of orders is taken up on special requests for now.

How Snap2Door Works:

a. Quality Check

i. Check CRM if all orders are complete and there is no issue with the pictures

quality or pixels.

b. Printing work: once order is processed and is ready to print it is sent to our local printer

for printing in respective batches

i. Printing paper used is of 230 gsm and above and is Kodak Premium or Fotolusio.

ii. Pictures are printed in both Glossy and Matte finish.

iii. Printing technology used is Dry sublimation or Laser

iv. The turnaround time to get pictures from our vendor is maximum 12 hours.

v. Our Current Product Line includes- Passport to Life Size Posters, Collages and

Photo Books

c. Printing Work (Prints Count Info)

i. Currently we are processing 1000 orders a month with the average of 20

pictures per order.

ii. In Next 2-3 months we are expecting the order range of 50 orders a day with the

average of 20 pictures per order.

iii. By end of this calendar year, the order count can reach 100 orders per month

with the average of 20-25 pictures per order

d. Print Sorting Work (Customer Wise)

i. S2D Order handling executive sorts pictures as per their order detail while cross

checking & updating the order summary in CRM

qualification includes proper printing set-up for printing in different sizes and on different bases.
