Introducción

¿What is Bullying?

The term "bullying" difficult to translate into Castilian in one word, is used in the literature to describe the processes of intimidation and victimization among equals, that is, between students and classmates or school. These are processes in which one or more students harassing and intimidating to another-victim-by insults, rumors, humiliation, social isolation, nicknames, etc.. While not include physical violence, intimidation this abuse can take place over months and even years, and certainly devastating consequences, especially for the victim.

In general, bullying has been and remains one of the scourges of the education system, since for many children makes the fact of going to school is something traumatic, because there will be a victim of abuse, on the other side cannot comment to anyone for fear of reprisals. These abuses, in many cases, be translated into academic failure and should not be allowed any child to fail because another student wants. Therefore, the school and families, education authorities and the media, need to address this issue seriously to take all possible measures to prevent further attacks occurring in schools. We must try together, build a center to which all students comes to learn without any fear.

Snake And Ladder To Bullying is aimed at primary school children aged 5 to 11 years old and has as objective as its name implies prevent bullying or cause harm to children in primary schools.

Problem

This project is carried out from the serious problems that are in primary schools and not only affect children but also the families they belong and they suffer the same psychological damage suffered as a child.

Proposal

To solve this problem is the idea of developing an application (game) that will be called Snakes and Ladder to Bullying. This project is designed for elementary school children applied or possibly 5 to 11 years. Snakes and Ladder The project aims to Bullying for resolving the problem of bullying or at least prevents wear more often. The gaming platform will take place as its similar to the classic Snakes and Ladders and all we would know the difference would be to add in the boxes for each number values that can be practiced in daily life of the student.

The platform of the game Snakes and Ladder to Bullying is created with the help of Game Software Makers.

ScopeIt plans to deliver the Snake and Ladder game to complete and validated Bullying in the period January 2012 - April 2012.

TargetIt is intended to stop or at least raise awareness to the responsibility that create this problem of bullying with the game Snake and Ladder to Bullying.

Conclusions

With the Snake and Ladder game Bullying is intended to solve this major problem is the bullying. The time to act and intervene in a bullying situation is essential to establish networks of cooperation and a coordinated effort between the family, teachers, professionals of public resources of the territory and other educational institutions.

The school violence is harmful and destructive for all. For the violent, because it makes them believe they enjoy impunity for acts immoral and destroy their chances of social integration. For victims, it seriously affects the development of his personality. For the rest of the students, because they socialized in a climate of fear and injustice and end up believing in the pecking order. For teachers, it makes our educational work and discourages us as professionals. For all this, the intervention program to address the problems of peer violence in schools should not focus exclusively on the victims but also perpetrators / as and spectators / as, because everyone is involved and for all have negative consequences. It is important to understand that all the protagonists of the problem need our professional help to get out of it, because they will not succeed alone.
