Dear Parents,

The Annual Sports Day of Bunts Sangha's S.M. Sheuy High School & Junior College isscheduled to be conducted on Friday, 24t!l.January 2020 on the school ground at 7:45a.m. Youare requested to take your seats by 7:30a.m.

1. On 23rd January, only participants of Annual Day & Sports Day will report to school

at 6:50 a.m. for rehearsed. Dispersal will take place at 12:30 p.m. Bus service is

available.

2. On 24th January all the students WIn report to the allotted class rooms in complete P.E

uniform. They will bring snacks and water bottle along with them. Wearing ID card is

compulsory. Arrangement for assembling of students is as below:-

3.' All the participants (Drill I March Past / Cycling / Events) will report to school at

6:50 a.m. in P E uniform with white shoes.

The Sports Day is likely to get over by 1:00 p.m.

Our students and teachers have worked earnestly to make this day an eventful one, for allof you. Please be present to encourage all of us.
