fees, or meal fees. If applicable, this discount will automatically be deducted from your online registration. REFUND POLICY: Class and college registration fees are nonrefundable, and meal fees are nonrefundable after April 20. Requests for refunds of housing payments must be made in writing and received or postmarked no later than April 30. All refund requests will be reviewed and processed following the completion of Reunion II weekend (May 25). Please allow up to four weeks for receipt of your refund.

The campus housing package rate is $150 per bed (a $25 late fee will apply after the registration deadline, April 20). It includes Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights, with breakfast on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday mornings. This fee cannot be pro-rated on a per-night basis. Register by the April 20 dead-line to be assigned a room near senior housemates (as avail-able). Room assignments will be issued when you check in. Please do not bring valuables, because you will not receive a key to your room. Children may stay in a parent’s room at no extra charge; however, sleeping bags, porta-cribs, and linens should be brought from home. There are no special restroom arrangements for male guests. Smoking is prohibited and pets are not allowed in campus buildings (with the exception of certified service dogs). Refrigerators are available in house kitchenettes only.

If on-campus housing is not for you, you may prefer to stay in a hotel, motel, or B&B in the Northampton area. For information about area accommodations, visit the Greater Northampton Chamber of Commerce website at www.explorenorthampton.com or call 413-584-1900.
