Day 1 hobart & Surrounds On arrival at the Hobart Airport be greeted by your friendly Tasmanian tour guide and escorted to your luxury touring vehicle. Travel to historic Richmond, along the way there’s a chance to purchase Barilla Bay Oysters. Mid afternoon you will have the opportunity to get up close and personal with the tasmanian Devil at the Bonorong Wildlife Park. Other animals on display include, kangaroos, koalas and echidnas. Travel to Hobart city and take a short orientation tour around the city including Battery Point, Constitution Docks and the famous Salamanca precinct before settling into your centrally located accommodation.

Day 2 port arthur BTravel via Sorell Causeway and Midway Point for our full day tour to Tasman Peninsula. Take a guided tour through an abalone factory with an opportunity to purchase abalone products. On arrival at the peninsula take in magnificent views at Eaglehawk Neck and Pirates Bay before continuing to the Port Arthur Convict Settlement. Included in the entry is a guided walking tour, a short Harbour Cruise, access to the Visitor Centre and Interpretation Gallery as well as the ruins. On return to Hobart visit the Sorell Fruit Farm (seasonal) and sample some of the 15 different varieties of fruit grown there.

Day 3 Derwent Valley BToday we travel a short distance into the beautiful Derwent Valley and on to Mount Field National park. Enjoy a short walk through the Tasmanian rainforest to the picturesque Russell Falls – Russell Falls is one of Tasmania’s most treasured places. The falls delight every visitor and can be reached by a very easy track. Take in the tranquil scenery before making your way back to the Hobart Airport and your return flights to the Australian mainland.

Day 2 port arthur BToday is a full day trip through the Tasman Peninsula visit an abalone farm, with the opportunity to purchase abalone products. Next you will visit the Port Arthur Convict Settlement. Your visit here includes entry, a guided walking tour, a short Harbour Cruise, access to the Visitor Centre and Interpretation Gallery as well as much more. On return to Hobart visit the Sorell Fruit Farm (seasonal) and sample some delights.

Day 3 huon Valley BTour the apple orchards and fruit growing regions of the Huon Valley, through Huonville, Franklin, and Geeveston. Explore the Tahune Forest Airwalk and visit the Forest & Heritage Centre at Geeveston before returning to Hobart.

Day 4 east Coast/Freycinet National park BFarewell Hobart as we follow the Tasman Highway via Orford and Triabunna to tour north beside the blue waters of the Tasman Sea. Call in at Kate’s Berry Farm (seasonal) near Swansea. Visit Freycinet National park and then travel to gorgeous Launceston. On arrival relax and explore your surroundings.

Day 5 Launceston BExplore Launceston’s city centre and magnificent Cataract Gorge with its cliff-side gardens, peacocks, pools, suspension foot bridge and one of the longest single span chairlifts in the world (ride is optional and own expense). Stroll in City Park and tour along the picturesque Tamar Valley to Beauty Point where you will visit Seahorse World. Return to Launceston airport in the afternoon for your return flight to the Australian mainland.
