• 100% bottom-up, market-oriented

• 70% of participants are SMEs

• Minimum rule: two organisations from two participating countries. All type of organisations can join.

• Eureka Eurostar 2

• Focus: stimulate growth by means of increasing the levels of research and innovation in SMEs. Support R&D performing SMEs engaging in transnational research and innovation projects

• 200% budget increase
