to increase energy efficiency of houses and consequently reduce the air pollution in the
region, by providing a platform of SMEs and
information to residents about how to retrofit their existing home or how to build an
energy-efficient new home The SME Villab focuses on energy efficiency of houses and healthy living environment that can be achieved with the usage of wood.

environmental impact,
• provide a list of good practices of energy efficient homes,
• promote the use of thermal envelops, high quality
windows, heating system by renewable energy, etc.
