This matter came before the Court on the State’s request for the

complaints filed herein to be dismissed pursuant to Rule 2.33.

The Court, upon reviewing the record and being advised in the premises,

FINDS that the State informed the Court that in light of new information provided

to the undersigned’s office, the interests of justice would best be served by

dismissing the complaint.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the complaint shall be and is

dismissed with $60.00 court costs to Defendant. The Defendant is HEREBY

NOTIFIED that the amount becomes past due if not paid within thirty (30) days of

this Order.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that any bond entered herein shall be

exonerated and any no-contact orders issued herein shall be terminated.
