Programming for WAP and MMS

HTC s621 and s411 should be done with the Programming memory cards

“Clear Storage” on the phone

Insert memory card

Select configure when the auto install starts

Remove the memory card

HTC Touch is pre-programmed at the factory, you will never need to program them

ALL phones should be tested before delivery to a customer by:

Software and Computer integration

All Windows Mobile smartphones use a software and cable to transfer to and from your computer.

The software and cable are included in the box

Replacement software can be downloaded on the internet for free

The USB cable for the s621 and Touch is found commonly at any electronics store. It is referred to as “A” to “B micro” USB cable.

The software that allows you to transfer information to and from your phone is called “ActiveSync”

ActiveSync will need to be installed on the computer before you connect your phone to your computer

Once the software is installed and you have followed the on screen prompts for connecting your phone, you can click on the “Explore” button to search for items on the phone and card, or you can copy and paste items directly to your phone or card
