To analyse EU Funded projects portfolio (SC5, SC3, LIFE, SME Instrument and others)
To propose a list of measurable KPIs tailored to monitoring the Action plan
Develop KPIs for impact assessment analysis achieve by project results along the water value chains
To promote steer the discussion among the projects regarding how digital water and smart water could lead to new business models that in turn could facilitate market uptake.
To monitor the relevant policies and distil from them their aspects that are most meaningful to the cluster which could influence its long term vision and mission.

IV. Methodology The methodology will comprise the early collaboration with ICT4Water cluster
member as well as relevant stakeholders
1. Understanding of the current state of the art (products / services / technologies / business
models / success cases / under development…)
2. Information collection from current work…
3. Identifying relevant work among stakeholders information
4. Iterative process with key experts (funded projects…), regularly contacts
5. Integrated efforts, linked to other planning and execution processes and relevant
associations
IV. Methodology Complementing the systematic review, effective communication will be crucial in
order to engage actors and collect contributions and valuable feedback.
