Located in colonial black & white houses in Holland Village, The Keystone is Homestead’s co-living brand which houses 80 beds of tailored accommodation for Graduate school/MBA students in the One North area.

TThe Keystone will be the first of Homestead’s properties to undergo the installation of Smart Home technologies. Through a series of touchpoints, the testbed will provide quantitative, measurable results to the transformational quality of smart home technologies.

GOOGLEHOME

Our Signature smart home assistant

Built on the Google Home ecosystem, Homestead has developed a custom 24/7 voice-activated conceirge application. Tailored for our Keystone prproperties, the butler-like voice assistant will be able to onboard new residents, provide answers to frequently asked questions and even provide food rreccomendations based on the preferences of the resident, reducing manpower requirements and value-adding to our residents.

Pilot testbed timeline 2018:

Real estate is time consuming and expensive to manage. HoHomestead is rolling out an integrated mobile and web solution to bolster customer experience, enabling access to a one-stop portal for all facilities related services for both our tenants and management. Features will include self-check-in/check-out, fault reporting, custom service requests and a dedicated property management platform built on the cloud. This drastically reduces the manpower requirequirements and increases the efficiency and scalability of operations.

Through data analytics, we are also able to provide identify key segments of improvement and receive qualitative feedback on business procedures.

We built a functional, tailored solution for our Undergraduate student co-living brand, Homestead Halls.The “myHall” application is available on both the Apple App store and the Google Play store.

The application acts as a concierge for residents, enabling report faults with the property on the fly and the requesting of services

TThe application also streamlines regular claim procedures, pushes out targeted notifications and has a dedicated polling system for our residents, value adding to our residents while streamlining operations

Facilities Management (FM) entails the efficient operation of built facilities, which include office buildings, housing prprojects and schools among others. FM consists of multi-disciplinary work activities to ensure the functionality of the buibuilt environment.
