Professional Air Ducts Cleaning Machines

1- Dust Collector TURBOJET SUPERMAX

The TurboJet SuperMax negative air machine is a

compact workhorse for commercial duct cleaning, but

it's also portable enough for residential jobs. It‟s hard to

believe a 22.5” wide cabinet can provide 3500 CFM and

over 6” static pressure, a full-size 12” inlet, 3-stage

HEPA filtration, soft start and will run at 13 or 18 amps

on a single circuit at 1.5 horsepower or two separate

circuits at 3 horsepower. It comes with a lifetime

warranty. It only weighs 26 pounds more than our 1.5

HP TurboJets, but has TWICE the Horsepower.

This is performance that is found in units twice its size

and weight. The legendary performance and size of this

type of machine has been proven aboard ships and off-

shore drilling rigs, as well as mobile homes and 6,000

room hotels, and yet it is perfect for a one-person

operation out of a van, trailer or box truck. The TurboJet

SuperMax has a state of the art ESP speed control not

found on any other TurboJets, until now.

The power inverter converts power from 1 or 2,

independent, 115-volt single-phase household power to

3-phase 220-volt power. This eliminates the start-up

power surge required by a single speed motor.

The Cobra 5 has a wired, handheld remote. It

has Forward, Stop, and Reverse functions at

the operators finger tips. Of course there are

manual backup controls on the main motor

The control panel has a variable speed motor

dial that allows you to go from 0-1750 RPM.

The motor has plenty of torque to run the standard 3/8" steel cored cable for most

ducts, but also has a "Low Torque" setting for use with the Dryer Duct Cable and 4"

diameter brush or the Nest Claw.

The cable mount is the same as all previous Cobra Cables, so you have backward

compatibility as well as forward compatibility with other models of Air-Care Cobras.

4- MAX II DUAL TANK FOGGER

Cleaning the interior of an air system is half the job. For a thorough job, the system

should be decontaminated by fogging it with an EPA registered sanitizer and sealant,

to retard biological growth and prevent any residual debris from migrating into the

occupied area.

Our all new Dual Tank Fogger has a six foot long hose, for dispensing from two

The unique DUCT-PRO Power Rod System from Abatement Technologies®is a

versatile agitation device and compressed air tool used to remove caked-on dirt and

debris from air duct systems. The Power Rod System blasts compressed air through

flexible rods to create a “whipping” action that scrubs every square inch of the

Air Ducts Cleaning Accessories

1- FORWARD AND REVERSE AIR WHISK

The Air Whisk system provides the same versatile cleaning of

all types of ducts as the Sidewinder, but is limited to 20‟

sections or less. A 20‟ stiff hose is used for insertion into the

duct to be cleaned. The Air Whisk comes with a Forward and

a Reverse duct ball for additional versatility. It requires a

minimum 2 H.P. 125 P.S.I., 6 CFM compressor, but will also

work with 175 PSI high performance compressors.

2- SIDEWINDER DUCT HOSE ASSEMBLY

The Sidewinder is the most versatile cleaning tool for all sizes of ducts made of metal, flex, duct board, and even internally insulated types. It effectively dislodges debris and air scrubs the interior surfaces of any duct system. Two asymmetrical hole pattern balls were specially designed by Air-Care for the Sidewinder. Both designs provide effective cleaning of the top, sides and bottom of duct interiors and provide thrust to propel the Sidewinder deep into the duct and make operator controlled turns. The Sidewinder ball for metal ducts has a more aggressive action, while the soft-lining ball has an air-jet pattern that is less aggressive with increased air-washing action. Both metal and soft lining Sidewinder balls are included with the assembly. The Sidewinder requires a 2-stage compressor capable of 175 PSI at 14-25 CFM.

3- POGO POLE HOSE ADAPTER

The Pogo Pole hose adapter is the quickest way to attach an Air-Care Turbojet or other brand negative air machine to a ceiling or wall duct. The 20" x 20" molded poly adapter plate has a 2" foam seal that will protect delicate walls and ceiling during cleaning. The pole is spring-loaded and has adjustable height to provide gentle, yet firm, pressure on most ceilings or wall connections and will often work well on acoustic drop ceiling vents. The durable molded poly adapter plate has a 4” access plug for Cobra brush air tools. for Cobra brush, BrushMaster or air tools. This tool will save valuable time making the duct connection and is easily moved to a new location in less than a minute. The Pogo Pole is adjustable for 5.5 to 12 foot ceilings and the plate swivels 45 degrees in both directions for placing it on high mounted wall duct openings. The bottom of the pole has an anti-slip protective rubber foot for tile and vinyl floors. The Pogo Pole hose adapter has a 12” collar that mates with the 12” Light Duty Mylar hose assembly.

Air Dryer Ducts Cleaning Kit

This kit is perfect if you already have a truck-mount vacuum or

similar vacuum necessary to pull lint and other debris from a dryer

duct. It includes everything you need to do residential dryer duct

cleaning except for the vacuum.

Hole Cutter - Drill Powered

To properly clean some duct systems it may be

necessary to “cut-in” to attach a negative air

machine or to access areas for contact

vacuuming. Air-Care offers 3 hole cutters that

will work in 18 gauge or lighter steel.

Chemicals

1- EnviroCon: is a Bacteriostat, Fungistat and

Deodorizer. This product is EPA-registered

for use in HVAC systems. EnviroCon is

highly-effective in eliminating odor-causing

microorganisms as well as those associated

with mold, mildew and bacterial growth. An

enhanced benefit of EnviroCon is its low

toxicity and safety rating from the EPA. As a

result, EnviroCon may be used in occupied

spaces. It does not use any environmentally

damaging propellants or flammable

ingredients.

2- Soot set: is a non-toxic and non-flammable formulation developed as an air duct

adhesive based on the shrink properties of a unique water-soluble polymer. A new

type of fire inhibiting agent, containing aluminum, has been coupled to the polymer

molecule to provide the safest to use material possible. The product is dispersed by

fine fog aerosol into air ducts after source removal. The dried, residual lining in all of

the ducts resists blow out of material impossible to remove during the source removal

step. Soot Set can be diluted at 1 part Soot Set to 9 parts water for heavy soiling, or

1:19 with water for light soiling making it very cost effective.

3- Odor Kill: This product is a high performance concentrate material, especially

formulated to deal with problem odors. Odor Kill can be saturated into any porous

material, natural or synthetic, and evaporated into odorous air to cause air-freshening

effects. If evaporated, the total effect is lending a fresh fragrance to stale air, and

killing lingering odors. For general odor removal, dilute 1 part Odor Kill with 3 parts

water. This product has a light fresh scent.

4- Dynamite: Heavy-duty super strength concentrate cleaner, specifically designed for

cleaning vents, registers and air ducts. This product will work very effectively on all

washable surfaces. One gallon of Dynamite concentrate will make 10 gallons of ready

to use product.
