THE CUPLOCK SYSTEMCUPLOCK SCAFFOLDING SYSTEM has been the world's most popular scaffold system. This is a mul�-purpose system, it

This is one of the most flexible types of scaffolding systems that can be used for the construc�on. Some of the main

features of the par�cular system is the ease with which it can be used even in cramped and narrow spaces. The system

consists of only few components, which are very easy to Assemble, thereby improving the convenience related to

finding solu�ons for level difference during construc�on.

BASIC STRUCTUREThe Basic unit of a cup lock scaffolding system consists of four horizontal elements which are fixed at a point along the

ver�cal element. The same element which are part of the system can be used to create suitable solu�on for the purpose

of assembling a stair tower, due to the high load bearing capacity associated with the system.

The Ver�cal Elements in the system are equipped with locking kits, which are welded on to them at intervals of 500 mm

or 1000 mm. This offers an economical and prac�cal solu�on for projects which have level difference at the ground or at

the deck. The locking kit consists of bo�om and top cups. Where bo�om cup is welded onto the ver�cal element and the

Top cup or the upper cup is moveable along the length of the ver�cal element.

With the mobility of the upper cup comes the responsibility of ensuring that it is not removed from the ver�cal element

completely, owing to the structural difficul�es that could occur due to the misplacement of the same. The heads of the

horizontal elements, which are structured out of the both end of an elements. With the help of hammer, the upper cup

can be rotated in the clockwise direc�on and the head of the horizontal element is squeezed rigidly between the upper

and lower cups. 4

CUPLOCK SYSTEM

CUPLOCK STANDARD / VERTICALThe Cuplock Standard / Ver�cal are manufactured from 48 mm OD MS Round Pipe, provided in various sizes with Cup Joints welded at 500 mm Intervals. The top cups are made from Malleable cas�ng to endure rough site handling, and welded bo�om cups are Pressed from High Quality Steel.

CUPLOCK LEDGER / HORIZONTALThe Cuplock Ledger is used to make rigid bond to endure uneven site handling. This Cuplock ledger is comprised of forged blade at the both end which fits between Top cup and Bo�om cup of ver�cal. Ms round pipes is used of 48.00 mm OD and 3 mm Thickness. Minimum projec�on of blades avoids damages in handling and uniform dimension makes the cup joints rigid.

SPIGOT PIN / JOINT PINThe Spigot Pin is used in Cuplock system. It is made out of

250/300 mm long round pipe of Outer Dia. 38 mm. Spigot is

connec�ng internally and to allow ease of joining. Though

ADJUSTABLE PROP / MS PROPThese are crucial components that can be used for the purpose of

all types of building construc�on projects. These elements provide

ideal and economical solu�ons for suppor�ng all kinds of

Formworks, Slabs, Beams, Walls and Columns. These act as

adjustable load bearing supports which especially find usage in

withstanding ver�cal loads or as wall braces. These are also known

as Adjustable Props, Scaffolding Jacks, Shoring Props, Post Shore

Props, Formwork Props, and Pipe Support. Heavy duty, light Duty

PROP SLEEVEThese type of Sleeves are used in MS Steel Props. The Prop Sleeves are

SARVASVA INDUSTRIES Provides Most Popular scaffolding frame Set / H Frame use in Plastering, Masonry, and General Construc�on. This type of Scaffolding system is used whenever the situa�on arises where large Heights are to be scaled. The H-Frames are created in the Safeway style, which makes them compa�ble with fame scaffolding as well. This frames are manufactured from the highest quality MS Pipes.

H-Frames consist of welded frames with Outer Diameter 48 mm Ver�cal Pipes, which are braced together with Scissor type braces that are secured by bolts. The H-Frames are essen�ally parts of a larger system, which is bound together by components known as Modules. One module within this system consists of two H-Frame and two diagonals. U-HEAD JACKAdjustable Jack S�rrup head is used at the top of the

ver�cal Cuplock standard in order to provide an addi�onal

maximum adjustment of length up to 300 – 600 mm. The

main applica�on of U-Jacks is to hold MS Beams and

channel in places, upon which the shu�ering plates are

placed during the construc�on. The U-Jacks Are

Manufactured using the roll threading process, which

increases safety and enables them to have a load bearing

capacity of up to 4 Tones.

Fresh concrete is subjected to a standard compac�on regime in the cube mould and

is then normally ini�ally cured under specific laboratory condi�ons. The moulds are

manufactured, subject to �ght dimensional, hardness, square ness and surface

finish requirements.

SPECIFICATIONS :

Ÿ Complete with base plate. The faces of the mould are machined flat to +/-

0.02mm accuracy and finished to within +/- 0.2mm of specified dimensions.

Material for construc�on of moulds is Cast Iron or Mild steel. The moulds are

stout enough to prevent distor�on and facilitate the removal of the moulded

specimen without damage. The Moulds are so machined that when they are

assembled ready for use, the dimensions and internal faces are accurate within

the specified limits. Internal faces of the moulds are smooth.

Ÿ The base plate is a�ached to the mould by cleats .The parts of the mould, when

assembled, are posi�vely and rigidly held together during filling, subsequent

handling and vibra�on where applicable.

TIE ROD :

Tie Rod are part of Form-work accessories that find applica�on in scaffolding applica�ons at construc�on

sites. In the area of scaffolding, these �e rod assemblies find applica�on in bracing steel columns/heavy

�mber beams and for suppor�ng canopies/awnings.

They have a cut threading and are available in 3 Meters length or as per length required. Tie rods are

threaded along their en�re length, to allow the bear to be cut to the Required length on site, as necessary.
