Betco® Smart Restroom System uniquely meets these needs through the provision of program and product systems that:

• REDUCE OPERATING COST through decreased water consumption and energy to heat water.

• ASSISTS IN LEED AND BOMA 360 CERTIFICATION by earning points from reduced water consumption and energy to heat water, plus the use of environmentally responsible cleaning and maintenance products.

PROGRAM ELEMENTS• SmartVALVE® - A lockable urinal flush valve, in

manual or auto, that reduces water consumption by up to 40,000 gallons per urinal per year, or $200 to $600 in annual savings per urinal. Provides a highly cost-effective alternative to tearing out existing urinals and installing water-free urinals.

• SmartSCREEN® - Highly engineered and formulated urinal screen with integral block that counteracts odors at their source and saves you money when compared to water free urinal maintenance.

• ANTI-SPLASH URINAL SCREEN - Avoiding splash back will lessen malodors, reduce the spread of germs and keep urinals cleaner longer.

LOW FLOW FAUCET AERATOR (0.5 gpm)Typical commercial faucets are supplied with flow rates ranging from 2.2 gallons per minute (gpm) to 1.5 gpm. Smart buildings are installing 0.5 gpm aerators that use significantly less water without compromising hand washing hygiene.
