COST SAVINGSWITH WEIGH FILLING
Of the utmost reliability and precision, Serac net weigh fillers prevent costly overfilling of expensive products.
Our net weight fillers can be expected to save considerable amount of product through reduced product giveaway on
account of high fill accuracy:the average fill is automatically adjusted with an accuracy of 0.1g.
Initialisation mode: at the beginning of any new
production, the «Initialisation» mode will slow down
the filling turet during one revolution and calculate
the force fill factor to define the closing time
for each nozzle.
Monitoring mode: the «Monitoring» is factory set
to start every hour for 7 revolutions in order
to fine tune the closing point at best in case of
variations of the containers or product characteristics.
Net weight boost: when the difference of weight
between two containers is negligeable (most plastic
containers case) the output can be increased
by choosing to replace the tarring time by extra
filling time.
Filling by weight gives high flexibility gain
as it is insensitive to temperature, viscosity
or air content.
