Smart IMS supplied the client with consultants who had extensive experience in large system integration and migration projects. The consulting team performed an in-depth analysis of ‘AS IS’ status of the existing infrastructure, and laid out business continuity, migration and recovery plans. The consultants performed extensive R&D in Virtualization technologies and helped the client to come up with best roll out strategy for minimal business impact during the migration process.
Smart IMS implemented a complete remote monitoring and management solution to provide centralized and controlled administration for ISP Connect customers. Smart IMS performed a through requirements analysis and applied its remote management best practices to provide seamless and round-the-clock remote administration of all the devices. Smart IMS performs patch management and upgrades for windows, anti-virus, applications and layer 3 devices
Human Rights Watch was seeking a seamless Technical Support for its employees working in remote locations across the globe. HRW wanted 24 X 7 Helpdesk Support for its Network, Applications Systems and Security covering all the time zones using “Virtual Help Desk model”. Smart IMS is currently providing end-to-end IT support to HRW. Custom applications and products were also developed for HRW using best of breed technologies within their budget.
Contract Management system had to deal with the processes associated with establishing contracts with suppliers and clients to manage the entire life cycle of the contract. Contract Management application was developed using C#.Net 2.0, ASP.Net 2.0 and SQL server 2005. Windows Mail Service was used to send the email notifications. Microsoft Word 2007 was used for developing the Templates
